Beaches

While Swampscott is relatively small (about 7 square miles) it has several amazing beaches including:

Phillips Beach

This great beach is located next to the Beach Club on Ocean Avenue. Phillips Beach is perhaps the most popular in Swampscott because of its isolated location, beautiful dunes and large waves.

Eisman's Beach

Eisman's Beach is a quiet residential beach on Puritan Road. Low tide is the best time to be at Eisman's Beach because there is much more room for activities, while at high tide water rises close to the homes at the top of the beach.

Preston Beach

Preston Beach is easily accessible from both Swampscott and Marblehead. This beach is typically free from crowds and it a great place to spend a day with family and friends.
